We at Beaudry homes have begun the commitment to build your home on the cutting edge of construction technology. We support this by researching in devolving the highest of standard of products and aligning ourselves with superior distributors.

With a strong commitment to energy savings we have put together innovative products from the foundation all the way to water saving toilets. Products that are environmentally friendly start at the the exterior walls continue to the flooring materials used.

Foundations

The foundation that we use is a pre-engineered system. Oasis Foundation Wall System is made from 6000psi pre cast concrete. It has a finished exterior and is insulated to an R-10 wall system. The interior is pre finished with a mold-resistant paperless gypsum wallboard. Our basement floors in also insulated with an R-7.5 foil-bubble foil insulation.

Exterior walls

ZIP System Wall has a built-in, water-resistive barrier that lets you say good-bye to house wrap forever (and eliminates the risk of trapped water between house wrap and sheathing). Built-in barrier controls drafts, which promotes energy efficiency. ZIP System panels are backed by a 30-Year Limited Warranty*
COMFORT FOAM® Insulation and Air Barrier

Comfort foam provides a seamless blanket of superior insulation performance and provides complete air leakage control that will not shrink, sag or settle over time. Along with it R-12-14 for 2” of insulation it improves structural strength of your home.
Prodex Total Insulation - Foil-Foam-Foil

Foil-Foam-Foil has three main characteristics first it is an excellent insulation (R-14.7) for a 3/8” material. The seconded characteristic is its ability to reflect 97% radiant heat (primary source of heat flow). And lastly Foil-Foam-Foil has the ability to be a sound deadening product.
